During my time at iFive, I led a team of 7–10 developers and shipped 20+ projects for clients across government, hospitality, fintech, and startups. This entry covers the most significant work from that period.
iFive had a growing list of clients and an expanding team but no standardized process for project ownership, client communication, or code quality. Most projects were being managed individually with no shared tooling.
Took on the role of Project Manager and Team Lead. Established a consistent sprint-based workflow, introduced code review practices, and set up shared deployment pipelines. Led design and development for key accounts while mentoring junior developers.
Successfully delivered 20+ projects on time across government portals, hotel management systems, fintech dashboards, and startup landing pages. Team attrition dropped and delivery confidence improved significantly.
Built the internal culture around accountability and quality. Several client relationships were retained and extended because of the process changes. A few projects from this period are still running in production today.
