An online service booking platform for home repair and maintenance in Nepal. Customers book plumbers, electricians, and technicians on demand; service providers manage bookings and customers through a dedicated app.
Home repair service bookings in Kathmandu were completely offline — customers called multiple numbers, found no one, or got stood up. Service providers had no system to manage inquiries.
Built a full-stack booking platform where customers discover services by category, schedule visits, and track status. The service provider panel handles schedules, customer history, and billing.
Platform launched and handled early customer acquisition phase. Booking conversion rate improved significantly versus the previous call-based system.
Digitized a fully offline service category. Reduced missed bookings and gave service providers their first digital presence.
